Impeccable service and facilities. We arrived late and booked the cheapest room. We told the front desk staff that we wanted quiet and they upgraded us for free. We couldn't finish the red wine we bought to help us sleep, so we used the wine glasses at the bar and invited everyone to share. The bar staff said that we couldn't drink at work, but gave us a nut plate. Then, during the chat, they found that my wine was sweet, so they gave me a dry one to try. The security guard was very gentlemanly and took the initiative to help with the luggage, and let you go in and out of the elevator first. The front desk took note of the time you requested to be woken up and the time the taxi arrived, and took the initiative to inform you that they would prepare a breakfast box for you (because you left too early and didn't arrive at the restaurant for breakfast), two sandwiches (I gave one to the taxi driver), a bottle of water (I gave one to the taxi driver), a drink, an apple and a nut bar, which are rich in nutrition. There are not only coffee machines and tea bags in the room, but also disposable slippers. There is also a Xiaomi scale. What's more, there is a small dessert with a bow in an exquisite package. Luxurious and warm, highly recommended

The location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point.
We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely.
The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said "we didn't know" and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel.
I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.

Hotel staff did not like their guests . do not stay in this hotel if you have a car . The hotel hates theirs guests there is no front entrance to unload your car , there is one valet, if you’re lucky. The hotel does not cater to any of their guests with cars ,

The Chania Hotel is a modern hotel that has good size rooms and balconies. The rooms are very comfortable with a very beautiful shower and the bed is nice. Unfortunately the hotel couldn’t meet my pre-stay request of a higher up room and request for an early check-in so I was located on the first floor right across from the stairs. The view wasn’t ideal as per picture with constant construction outside during the days. The staircase also doesn’t have good acoustics and echoes throughout with people’s voices carrying quite loudly. I did ask again for a higher room happy to move rooms but they didn’t come back to me on this unfortunately. Breakfast spread was alright not a huge hot variety but the staff were very efficient and friendly. Location was good across from the old town and some good eats around it.

Very good hotel, facilities, services are in place, the bathroom is particularly good, the shower is very comfortable, on the extension of the main street of the town, separated from the bustling line, also very close to the bus terminal, in short, very good. If I have to say a shortcoming, it is that the indoor intelligent lighting system should be given a manual, for me it is a bit out of control.
